Garden Visit to Home Farm Carlton, near Yeadon

Despite the rain, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sarah Crowson's garden, which she only started 5 years ago as shown on the photographs

There is a productive orchard and vegetable plot
 Attractive tubs are dotted around

 Beautiful vistas at every turn

 Wild flower areas

An appropriate umbrella for a rainly garden vist

A variety of trees with the neighbour's alpacas and other animals looking on

The cutting garden.  the annuals are grown from seed.

One of the many areas to sit out and enjoy the garden - but alas not today
Not only did we see wonderful planting schemes, but we were served scrumptious cakes and scones.

Thank you Sarah and helpers for a lovely visit.
